MTW is building capabilities in the product and platform development segment that is arduous for most academic research institutions and scientists. MTW employs industry trained scientists and development experts with significant experience and background in Quality Systems, Six Sigma and Product Commercialization. We are prepared to provide assistance to team members in key areas related to quality product development.
Academic research has traditionally focused on advancements within specific disciplines and related technologies. MTW provides assistance to academic departments in creation of technology roadmaps to guide the activities of faculty and staff and increase visibility for potential collaborations.
MTW also works with project teams to drive the focus on products and solutions. This includes definition of the scope of opportunity, identification of potential customers and users and facilitation of the clear definition of customer requirements. MTW assists with product attribute definition and prioritization to allow for more direct and focused product development.
